Using this site.
Pages and guides give general information about rodents and their control. They are not medical, legal or engineering advice, and they cannot replace an inspection of your property.
Quotes, timing and arrival windows.
After a walk-through you receive a written price that itemizes sealing, cleanup and repair. Arrival windows depend on the calendar and the travel distance, and the dispatcher states them on the call, with no guarantee beyond what is said.
Results.
Rodent activity responds to factors beyond our control, such as neighboring lots, plants and weather. We describe what each visit does, and we cannot pledge that animals will never come back.
Health and safety.
Follow the safety guidance on each page and on the linked CDC and EPA pages. If you believe you were exposed to rodent waste and feel unwell, see a physician.
Links and maps.
Google supplies the maps and fonts. CDC and EPA links are there for reference, and we take no responsibility for what those pages say.
